Hi, I’m Amanda.
Life can feel overwhelming when you're facing anxiety, ADHD, body image concerns, relationship challenges, parenting stress, or major life transitions. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, helping clients build resilience, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic, drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, EFT tapping, and other somatic therapies. I believe wellness involves the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and spirit—and I help clients develop practical skills while reconnecting with their authentic selves.
When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll find me hiking or running trails with my kids. I often get lost, and I've learned thats sometimes how we find ourselves. I consider it an honor to walk alongside my clients on that journey.
Amanda is a current Professional Counselor Associate in Oregon under the supervision of Justin Little, LMFT and Katie Keck, LMFT and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington.

Approach:
Individual Therapy is when a therapist helps one singular person through different areas of concern. Typically to address personal, professional, emotional, and psychological concerns.
Couples Therapy is when all partners in a committed relationship are treated at the same time by the same therapist. Typically to improve communication and build a stronger bond.
Family Therapy is when all members of a family involved in the conflict are treated at the same time by the same therapist. Typically to improve communication and strengthen the family unit.

Areas of Specialty:
Eating disorders are when a person's relationship with food, body image, and eating behaviors becomes severely distorted — ranging from restriction and starvation (anorexia) to binge-purge cycles (bulimia) to loss-of-control overeating (binge eating disorder)
Anxiety is the mind and body's threat-response system misfiring in the absence of actual danger — producing fear, worry, and physical symptoms (racing heart, tension, avoidance) that are meant to protect us but instead interfere with daily functioning.
