Hi, I’m Erin.

I believe that change happens when we feel unconditionally accepted for who we are. This acceptance allows us to explore our true selves and understand what we truly want, which can often be both surprising and empowering. I bring a holistic approach to my work, emphasizing the importance of cultural context, systems of oppression, and lived experiences.

I primarily work with couples and adults (18+) struggling with relationship challenges, ADHD, life transitions, and general anxiety.

Erin is currently a Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Justin Little, LMFT, and Katie Keck, LMFT.

Erin currently sees clients online throughout Oregon.

Approach:

Individual + Couples Therapy

Individual Therapy is when a  therapist helps one singular person through different areas of concern. Typically to address personal, professional, emotional, and psychological concerns.

Couples Therapy is when all partners in a committed relationship are treated at the same time by the same therapist. Typically to improve communication and build a stronger bond.

Areas of Specialty:

Relationship Concerns, Anxiety, Identity

Relationship concerns are addressed by identifying the underlying patterns and attachment wounds driving relational difficulties, and building the self-awareness and skills needed for healthier connection.

Anxiety is the mind and body's threat-response system misfiring in the absence of actual danger — producing fear, worry, and physical symptoms that are meant to protect us but instead interfere with daily functioning.

Identity concerns often show up as a felt sense of not knowing who you are, what you value, or where you belong — sometimes emerging after a major life change, loss, or the slow realization that the version of yourself you've been presenting to the world doesn't feel authentic or your own.
