Hi, I’m Xan.

I love working with people who feel ready— or almost ready — to shift something in their lives. Many of my clients come to me feeling anxious, confused, or unsure how to move forward. I approach therapy with the belief that our bodies hold stories worth listening to, and that healing often begins with learning to tune in, stay curious, and trust what we find there.

My style is curious, playful, and oriented toward helping you build a steadier relationship with your emotions, your body, and the people around you. I provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and welcome the full spectrum of identity, experience, and expression into the room. I am trained in Restoration Therapy, which supports us in understanding the patterns that fuel anxiety and stress and creating new responses that foster confidence and creativity.

Outside of session, I’m an avid lover of the arts and the outdoors — passions that nurture the way I think about resilience, creativity, and the rhythms of change. I hold a deep respect for anyone willing to do this work and consider it a privilege to walk alongside people as they learn to navigate life with more confidence, compassion, and intention.”

Approach:

Individual Therapy is when a  therapist helps one singular person through different areas of concern. Typically to address personal, professional, emotional, and psychological concerns.

Areas of Specialty:

Disordered Over-Eating, Anxiety, ADHD

Disordered over-eating refers to a pattern of using food to cope with emotions — stress, boredom, numbness, comfort — where eating becomes disconnected from physical hunger, often involving episodes of eating past fullness, eating in secret, or feeling out of control around food.

Anxiety is the mind and body's threat-response system misfiring in the absence of actual danger — producing fear, worry, and physical symptoms (racing heart, tension, avoidance) that are meant to protect us but instead interfere with daily functioning.

ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition characterized by differences in how the brain regulates attention, impulse control, and executive functioning.
